TreeLine Homes is owned and managed by Derek Guarascio, a professional with Building Construction Management degree credentials and over 20 years of experience in the homebuilding industry. TreeLine’s team understands and can balance the complexities of project relationships, timelines, budgets and overall quality to yield an enjoyable building experience for its clientele. TreeLine often partners with “in-house” architects (AIA accredited) to provide a full design/build collaboration, or works with design teams that have an existing relationship with the homeowner.

The TreeLine team has a unique background that blends the efficiencies of master plan communities with the complexities & details of individualized highly customized homes on challenging sites…in challenging municipalities. Our experience in building and remodeling homes ranges from projects totaling 500 to over 10,000 square feet, with single family build/remodel budgets ranging from $25,000 to $5,000,000.

TreeLine brings value to all of our projects through our extensive cost estimating and value-engineering processes, balancing the need for internal competitive bidding among existing and new supplier/subcontractor relationships. We continually are awarded projects for producing the most thorough and competitive project cost breakdowns, and are fully comfortable with Guaranteed Maximum Price, Cost-Plus, or Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee contract arrangements.
